Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs 19 SEK in Sweden and to other countries 29 SEK. For all orders over 400 SEK, we offer free shipping regardless country!

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes! You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time! It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been diverted there!

When will my order arrive?

We send all our packages via Postnord. Normally the delivery time in Sweden is between 1-5 working days and 3-8 working days to other countries. Delays can of course occur. If your order is late you can always contact us and we will help you.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately not. We send all our packages as letters and therefore the package can not be tracked.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

You can absolutely return your item, except earrings, to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygienic reasons.

What are your jewelry made of?

Most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel or sterling silver. All information about materials is under respective product.

Can I swim with my earrings?

We do not recommend to swim with your jewelry. You can read more about jewelry care and all our recommendations here.

I'm allergic to nickel. Can I use your jewelry?

Yes you can! All our jewelry is nickel free.

Discounts and gift cards

Can I use my discount code on products that are already discounted?

You can use your discount code on already discounted items unless an automatic discount is already applied at checkout.

Is it possible to get a gift card in paper?

Unfortunately not, since we are an online store we do not send our gift cards in paper. If you want to give someone a gift card in person you can send us a request to get the gift card picture at to print by yourself.

My discount code is not working!

Always make sure you enter the code precisely as you got it. Also make sure the code hasn't expired. If it's still not working, don't hesitate to contact us!

For how long is my gift card valid?

All our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the purchase.

Can I use my gift card for multiple orders?

If there’s money left on your gift card after making an order, you can use the same gift card again for future orders.


What payment methods are you allowing?

We accept credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. You can also checkout with Apple Pay or Google Pay. In Sweden, besides mentioned above, we offer Klarna and Swish.
